A good way to support your meditation practice is to do yoga in group. A more intimate experience is to practice in couple.
White Tantric Yoga, not to be confused with other forms of tantra, is the ultimate group yoga experience. Whereas Red Tantra is for sexual purpose and Black Tantra is for manipulating someone's mind, White Tantra is for meditative purpose only.
During White Tantric Yoga, yogis gather together and meditate in pairs for the whole day.
It may not happen very often in your place, in New York City for example it happens twice a year. You can check out this link for more informations.
Anyway, you can get a glimpse of white Tantra by practicing Venus Kriyas. Those techniques are designed to be practiced in couple for only 3 minutes. You just need a partner and Love energy.
This week I'm sharing with you an easy meditation to practice in couple, the Touching fingertips Venus Kriya.
How to do it:
Sit on the heels with your knees touching your partner's knees.
Raise your arms up to 60 degrees and touch your partner's fingertips with your fingertips.
Look into your partner's eyes and project divine love.
Hold the position for 2-3 minutes, no more, and breath long and deep.
To end, inhale and hold the breath in for 10 seconds, then exhale and hold the breath out for 10 seconds.
