Sometimes you're worried or upset and don't know what to do. When you're emotional, try this meditation for emotional balance.
Before you start drink a glass of water then tune in.
Here is what to do:
Place the arms across the chest and lock your hands under your armpits, with your palms open and against the body. Raise your shoulders up tightly against the earlobe, without cramping the neck muscles. Tuck your chin in and lift your chest up.
Close your eyes, and breathe slowly as slow as 4 breaths per minute. Continue for 3 minutes.
