Food for your Immune System

Food is a fundamental component to a healthy life, it's important to be aware of what you ingest. Food should bring vitality and balance to your body, you can actually eat to heal yourself.

For a good immune system I will highlight 3 ingredients you should use everyday and 1 beverage you can drink all the time.


The trinity root:


Garlic, onions and ginger are the trinity roots, they should be added to every meal. It will fight viruses and bacterias, purify the blood and increase energy and vitality.



Yogi tea:

A delicious beverage that will give you energy and boost your immune system. This perfect substitute for coffee is made of 5 main ingredients:

- 3 cloves strengthen the nervous system

- 4 whole black peppers natural blood purifier

- 4 green cardamon pods powerful mucus destroyer

- 1/2 stick cinnamon  to fight colds

- 1 slice ginger root to fight flu and cold symptoms

- 10 oz water

- 1/4 tsp black tea

- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or vegetal)


Boil spices for 10-15 minutes. Add black tea and steep for 2 minutes. Add milk, then reheat to the boiling point, remove from the stove and strain. Add Honey to taste.
