Cedric is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher who emphasizes Naad Yoga, the yoga of sounds, and uses vibrations through Mantra, gong and singing bowls. He believes Pranayama and Meditation are the most effective ways to elevate yourself. Therefore he makes it a priority to practice daily while encouraging and guiding this consistency in his students.
He is a healer of Sat Nam Rasayan, a healing technique used to sharpen ones senses and learn the art of healing meditation.
In 2011, Cedric moved from France to New York City to deepen his knowledge of Kundalini Yoga. Here he followed the teachings of Yogi Bhajan who has greatly influenced his practice.
Before living in New York, he traveled and lived abroad. He is worldly traveler with a passion for languages and speaks English, French, Italian and Spanish.
